Yvette is passionate about sharing the tools for children and adults to become confident money managers. As a leader in the financial education movement, she understands how teaching children the skills they need will help develop a strong foundation for life-long financial competence. And while some parents avoid talking about family finances, using the MFS Foundation’s creative lessons helps both teachers and parents talk with confidence about money, savings, credit, budget and taxes.

 

Yvette has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Columbia College and an MBA, with emphasis in Accounting, from American InterContinental University. Her MBA research focused on personal and corporate finance, budgeting, and accounting.

She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter!
